Ann is the middle name of Natalie’s grandmother, Rae’s older sister—a fiercely intelligent, God-fearing woman whose ambition and curiosity led her to pursue every dream she could imagine, from becoming a published author to traveling the world alongside her husband. She was intuitive, brilliant, adventurous, and endlessly fun.
